n-u-r-jewellery was founded by jewellery designer and maker Nur Terün in 2019 in Florence, Italy. Nur Terün was born in Istanbul, in 1987. She studied product design and visual communication at the Free University of Bolzano. After concluding her bachelors degree, following her life long passion, she continued with her studies in jewellery design at Alchimia, School for Contemporary Jewellery in Florence. Since 2011 she has been living and working in Florence.

After having been active for many years in the field of contemporary jewellery, working and exhibiting with contemporary jewellery galleries, in 2019 she founded n-u-r-jewellery, a jewellery brand where each piece is hand made and every model is available in limited editions.
